We got a new little puppy. Our house was just so empty without a little dog running around. This is Maggie. She is 8 weeks old. 
Maggie is really sweet little dog. She is really smart and is adjusting well to her new home. After a few nights of crate training she now goes in her crate without whining and sleeps pretty well during the night. She loves to go outside and after only 5 days she figured out how to get out the dog door. I was really surprised since she is so small. I figured it would be a couple of months until she could push the door open. She jumps up and hits the door with both front paws to pop it open then goes right through. Potty training is going really well since she can use the door and likes to go out. She is still so young she naps a lot and loves to cuddle up with anyone who is available.
She likes to just lay in the shade outside and is pretty good at getting the kids to spend more time outside since she wants them to come out with her, even if it's just to nap.
