Well Check visit for my sweeties

Kiara had her 4 year Dr. Apt. today. She is a whopping 26 lbs and 3 ft and 3/4 inches tall. That puts Kiara at the 5th percentile for height and not quite on the chart yet for weight. She is doing great but needs to eat more. He said we should not take away the sippy cup so we can get her to drink more chocolate milk. He said her speech is very good and she seems very mature for her age. Kiara was a little nervous but did very well even during the flu shot. She is such a cutie!

Delma had her 9 months apt. today too. She now weighs 16 lbs 9 oz and is 26.5 inches tall. About the 15th percentile. She is also doing great. Her ears are all cleared up apparently she just likes playing with them so it's hard for me to tell if they are bothering her or not. Our pediatrician is awesome. When I told him that Delma wakes up one or two times at night I figured he would tell me to stop feeding her when she wakes up and let her cry it out. (which is not an option for me) But, he said to just let her nurse to go back to sleep because she could cry for hours and it would upset her more. He said babbies start dreaming at this age and she could be having dreams that scare her so to get up and soothe her back to sleep is the best thing. Awesome!
