July 3rd/4th

We usually have a big celebration for the 4th of July on July 3rd at grandma Carol's house.  We love eating pizza, playing games with family and watching a fabulous fireworks show.

TJ was amazed by the fireworks!

We lit off a big firework that shot of 16 parachutes one at a time, it was a little crazy!  It didn't go quite high enough and was going all over the neighbors yards and cars etc.  Luckily there was only a small fire on the neighbors lawn that we were able to get out quickly.  Not sure we will do that firework again.  It was really cool though!!  Delma caught one of the parachutes and wore it for a hat.

The kids took a little nap while waiting for the fireworks to start.
