We went to a bike safety even near our house. The kids got new helmets and learned about safety rules. There were a lot of fun activities, for each activity they participated in they got a raffle ticket to put in the box in front of the bike they wanted to win. Delma ended up with about 5 raffle tickets. She was confused and thought that meant the bike was hers. I had to explain to her how it works. After we were done we hit the grocerey store on the way home. By the time we got home and were unloading the groceries we got a call that Delma had won her bike! She was so excited!! I am so happy for her, this is her first two wheeler and she is determined that she will have the training wheels off by the end of the summer. Yeah Delma!!

Brennen was at a party at a trampoline place for his cousins birthday so he wasn't with us at the bike event. Brennen had a blast and worked up quite a sweat! We finished the day with having a Mother's Day party with pizza and desert with grandma Rhonda. What a fun day!
