Wed night we met with Brennen's teacher and got his first report card for 4th grade. Brennen got straight A's!! And all 4/5's in citizenship. This is by FAR the best he has done. He has improved sooo much this year, we are VERY proud of him. His teacher couldn't stop talking about how much he has improved and how well he is doing. His behavior has been nearly perfect. Since he has stopped talking and being the class clown he has been finishing his work and his hadwriting has improved 100%. He usually got A's, B's and C's. And I won't mention what his citizenship scores were. He mostly got low grades because he wouldn't finish or turn in all of his work, forget to put his name on it or his handwriting was too hard to read.. He has always been capable of all A's. Last year in 3rd grade he scored the highest in his class on the dibble tests. (like SAT's). We are so proud of his hard work this year!! Because he has been doing so well he has been picked several times to help serve school lunch and was also chosen to lead all of the 4th grade in the song they sang for the Veterans's Day program. The people in the office have commented to us several times about how much improvement he has made this year. Way to go Brennen, keep it up!! :-)
We also met with Kiara's teacher. She only had good things to say. Kiara got all 5's in academics and behavior. Her teacher said that she always follows the rules, stays in her seat, does her work and that all the kids like her. We are very proud of her and glad that she is enjoying kindergarten. I thought her school picture turned out pretty good too considering that while we were waiting for her class to line up to start the day she was rolling around in the wood chips so I was picking them out of her hair as she was walking into class. Silly girl!
We are also very proud of our sweet little Delma. She has been working really hard on potty training despite having trouble getting over a tummy virus and being on antibiotics for an ear infection which is making it a bit difficult. She has also moved into Kiara's room so we have a room for the baby and she is doing really well sleeping in a twin bed and sharing with her sister.
We are so proud of our awesome kids and can't wait to have a new addition to the family in a few months!
We celebrated by taking the kids out to dinner!

That is great they are all doing so well. I'm glad B is doing so much better in school.
We are happy for Brennen and Kiara. It sounds like they are doing great in school and having fun at it.
Delma is a sweetie.
