Could have been A LOT worse

So I leave the house for one hour to go to a Relief Society meeting (I am the secretary) and come back to Delma screaming, Kiara freaking out and Jason limping around (Brennen was happily playing soccer).

Here is what happened....Delma likes to put the magnetic letters that go on the back door out the dog door so we often find them outside. Jason was carrying Delma out the back door to go play and he stepped on one of the letters that was on the porch. He tripped off the porch and fell into part of our garden that goes along the side of our house. Luckily he was able to hold onto Delma in a way that she did not get hurt she actually did end up flying out of his arms and through the air a little bit. Needless to say she was VERY freaked out. Jason scraped up his leg and twisted his ankle. It could have been so much worse! Delma could have hit her head on the cement or been squished or broken something. Same with Jason. I am so glad they are ok! Jason has a scrape and is limping around a bit but he will be ok too. So after Jason fell off the porch and Delma went flying Kiara came over to him and was just balling hysterically and pointing at him. Jason thought that she was just upset about watching the whole thing. When she finally calmed down enough for him to understand what she was crying about he found out that she was mad because he was sitting on the tomato plant! Granted she did help him plant it so she is a little emotionally invested but the funny thing is she HATES tomatoes! All is well Delma had a hard time sleeping by herself last night so her and I spent the night on the couch so much to all our hard work on getting her good bedtime habits established. Oh well, I am just glad everyone is ok. Here is a picture of our sad little tomato plant.

Just for fun here is a picture of what Brenenn wore to school the other day. He hid the bow tie in his pocket and put it on after we dropped him off for school. But didn't take it off before he came home. What a silly kid he just loves to be different.
