We are so excited, we found the perfect house in our neighborhood. We looked at it a few weeks ago but the price was too high. We looked at a few more and even made some offers but it just didn't seem right. They lowered the price on the house we originally liked so we decided to take second look. We were able to negotiate the price and get it in our price range. It is about a half a mile west of our current house in the same neighborhood so the kids won't have to change schools or friends. It has a basement and a pool table that comes with the house. It has a 1/2 acre lot that is beautifully landscaped, tons of cement and a 3rd car garage. It is in a small circle with four houses only so we have tons of privacy and the street is very quiet. We also got an offer on our house on our anniversary so we will be able to make this happen.
