Some how we ended up not getting rid of a matress we replaced with a new one and for several months it was our "family room mattress". The kids had so much fun jumping on and leaping off the stairs. I figured we could keep it around for a while since it was cold outside, at least until someone got hurt. Which luckily hasn't happened yet.
