Our last camping trip of the year! We went to Aspen Campground. We went during the week and had almost the whole campground to ourselves the entire time! The kids and the dogs were able to spread out and have plenty of room to run around and play. The river was perfect for swimming and fishing. One of our friends and her son Sarah Tveter and her son Ethan joined us for most of the trip. Tj had so much fun having a buddy to play with. Brennen spent a lot of time teaching Kiara how to fly fish. He is so patient with her.
We went on a little drive and found a meadow to explore. I discovered a trick of putting Maggie's and Oskar's leash together so they were tied together then Oskar wouldn't run off, Maggie was like an anchor. lol
Maggie did her famous diving for rocks in the water. She was so tired by the end of the day she demanded her food be served in bed.
