Parade and Carnival

The weekend after we moved to Herriman they had a parade and carnival.  We set out for the parade Saturday morning.  We have never taken the kids to a parade before.  They really enjoyed it, especially the candy!  There were a lot of floats, it was a lot of fun.  After the parade we walked over to the carnival and rode on a few rides.  It was such a great day and so fun to relax and spend time as a family.

Kiara riding the pony.  The baby with the pony was only 3 months old.

TJ was scared at first and said "no" when I tried to put him on the pony, but after a few minutes he started making horsey sounds and patting the pony.

Brennen also did some rock climbing and made it all the way to the top!

We played at the playground by the baseball field for a little while after the rides.

What a fun day!  I just love spending time with my family so much!!
